Notes

• Normal check-in time is 4pm on the arrival date. Early check-in is available up to 1pm for $50 which is used to hire an extra cleaner to assist with servicing the property. Early check-in for before 1pm require booking the previous night at a discounted rate, if available. Contact host for details.

The space is a single Condo in a large Condominium building. There is secure off street parking along with an elevator to the third floor where the unit is located. Street parking is not guaranteed and if you choose to utilize street parking please be sure to follow city and state laws.
*Pack-n-play/highchairs must be reserved.
*Please note that per city permit laws, this home has an internal noise monitoring device. This is not a recording device, and it only monitors noise levels. Placement of this device was made mandatory by the city.

**We require a separate Rental Agreement to be e-signed followed your booking!**Please review the house rules located in the rental agreement prior to booking.

Neighborhood

Known for its colorful street murals, the Bywater neighborhood has a bohemian vibe, with plenty of outdoor cafes, boisterous dive bars and hip restaurants. Quirky boutiques selling handmade goods dot the area, while buzzy St. Roch Market offers southern gourmet specialties in a stylishly updated Victorian food hall. Trails, picnic spots and sweeping city views are the draw at riverside Crescent Park.

Access

Guests will have exclusive and uninterrupted access to the entire space, including 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living room, and patio. Guests will share access to the pool, gym, and outdoor common areas with other residents of the building.

We enjoyed our stay here. We had a minor issue with the initial code but host was extremely responsive and able to resolve within minutes. The place is as pictured, very clean and nicely decorated. It felt extremely homely and upscale at the same time. The location is super close to anything you’d want to do in New Orleans. Thorough instructions were provided so we had no trouble finding it and were able to use all available amenities. We definitely look forward to staying here again.

Loved our stay here – great location to enjoy the Bywater’s restaurants and bars, while still easy to get to the French Quarter and Magazine Street via a leisurely walk/streetcar/uber depending on the mood. Well appointed apartment with comfortable beds, huge bathrooms, breezy balcony and large common space to hang. The pool was a huge plus to help cool down after a day at Jazz Fest or exploring the town, and checking in/out was seamless. It’s also blocks away from the Joint (great bbq) and Baccanal (live music and wine/cheese on a big patio), with tons of cute coffee shops to try each morning as well.

Cannot say enough things! It’s just has it is in the photos. Bywater is the great place to stay and this is right in the middle of it.
Hosts very helpful. Mattresses so comfortable, great balcony and great amenities. Next time in in NOLA I’m coming back for sure.
