There is a ring doorbell camera to monitor occupancy (legal limit of 2 guests) and ensure there are no parties (which are illegal in short-term rentals in New Orleans).
*Please note that per city permit laws, this home has an internal noise monitoring device. This is not a recording device, and it only monitors noise levels. Placement of this device was made mandatory by the city.

• Normal check-in time is 4pm on the arrival date. Early check-in is available up to 1pm for $50 which is used to hire an extra cleaner to assist with servicing the property. Early check-in for before 1pm require booking the previous night at a discounted rate, if available. Contact host for details.

Street parking cannot be guaranteed and when utilizing street parking please make sure to adhere to city and state laws.
**We require a separate Rental Agreement to be e-signed followed your booking!**Please review the house rules located in the rental agreement prior to booking.

The Airbnb was the perfect place to relax after a busy day of sightseeing in New Orleans. The layout is lovey and has very comfortable furniture. We especially loved the balcony that looked down on the neighborhood and was great place to start and end the day. You are also a stones throw away from great restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping. Will definitely stay here when I return to NOLA.

This place is perfectly situated in a quiet but well established neighbourhood. Lots of great restaurants. Wonderful little shops to discover. The flat is lovely with a suntrap balcony and an amazing brunch spot and coffee shop just across the street. It’s 10 mins by taxi from the French Quarter. Seriously if you’re still looking for a place, just stop and book this one.
